Clancy Optical and Spex Eyewear continually try to provide the best care and highest quality services and products available, including difficult and unusual prescriptions. To provide this level of expertise, we will continue to decline any plan that does not allow us to maintain our superior levels of quality and integrity.

We apologize for any inconvenience to you. Even though we are out-of-network for most plans, we will help with out of network claims as we can, and provide discounts to help off-set any costs of going out of network.

OPTUMHEALTH VISION (SPECTERA)

Due to contractual changes, Clancy Optical and Spex Eyewear can no longer accept OptumHealth Vision (Spectera). While we are no longer participating providers, we can file your insurance for your reimbursement. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for any glasses that we've filed with OptumHealth Vision on your behalf.

VSP

Clancy Optical and Spex Eyewear can file VSP. VSP pays us directly, eliminating the need for you to pay us out-of-pocket. We understand that going out-of-network reduces your benefit, which is why we offer an additional 10% off the remaining balance.

DAVIS VISION

Clancy Optical and Spex Eyewear can provide you with an itemized receipt and Davis Vision claim form that you can file for your reimbursement. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for going out-of-network.

SUPERIOR

Clancy Optical and Spex Eyewear can provide you with an itemized receipt to file an out-of-network claim with Superior Vision. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for going out-of-network.

EYEMED

While we are no longer participating providers, we can help you file your insurance form for reimbursement. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for any glasses that we've filed with Eyemed on your behalf.
